Guaranteed Rent for Landlords

Guaranteed Rent. Zero Voids. Zero Stress.

Exclusive access to government-funded housing providers offering secure, high-yield leases.

Are you a landlord fed up with unreliable tenants, unexpected costs, and ever-changing legislation?

We connect landlords with large, government-funded charities and supported housing providers who offer long-term, guaranteed rental agreements – with 100% of the rent paid directly to you.

We’re not a rent-to-rent company. You sign directly with the provider. That means more security, no risk, and no middleman taking a cut. You receive the full rent – and we manage the process for you every step of the way.

  • Access to the best rates and provider incentives in the sector

  • £250 referral reward if you introduce another landlord who signs up

Why Rent-to-Rent Puts You at Risk

Many landlords are approached by companies offering to “guarantee rent” through rent-to-rent setups. These often involve an unregulated third party taking control of your property and subletting it – usually without proper oversight.

Here’s why that’s a problem:

  • It can breach your mortgage terms

  • It may invalidate your landlord insurance

  • You might lose control of your property if tenants aren’t properly managed

  • If the company stops paying, you may have no recourse

  • These operators often don’t maintain the property to the standard required

We are not a rent-to-rent company. With us, your agreement is direct with the housing provider – a registered, government-funded organisation. You receive 100% of the rent, and your property is managed by professionals who are accountable.

Why Upcoming Legislation is a Growing Concern for Landlords

The private rental sector is changing fast – and not in favour of traditional landlords. Over the next year, major legislation is coming into force that will significantly increase the risks and responsibilities of letting property on the open market.

Key changes include:

  • Abolition of Section 21 – making it harder to remove problem tenants

  • Stricter EPC and energy efficiency requirements, with financial penalties for non-compliance

  • More licensing and safety regulations, especially for HMOs and shared accommodation

  • Greater legal responsibility for repairs and tenant well-being

For landlords, this means higher costs, more paperwork, and more legal exposure.

We help landlords stay ahead of these changes.

Through our exclusive partnerships with providers, we can access incentives to cover or subsidise any necessary pre-tenancy work – helping you bring your property up to spec, interest-free where available. This ensures you’re fully compliant and ready for a long-term, hassle-free lease.

Our Fees - Fair, Simple, and Value-Driven

We’re committed to making things easy for landlords. That means nothing to pay up front under any circumstances – and two straightforward options designed to suit your needs.

Option 1 – One-Off Leasing Fee

A one-time fee, payable when the lease with the provider is signed.

This covers everything needed to secure your guaranteed rent agreement – from due diligence and property onboarding to placing a government-funded provider.

(Fee due within seven days of lease signing.)

Option 2 – Ongoing Management Service

Prefer no upfront cost and ongoing support? We can manage the property throughout the lease for a small monthly fee.

This includes rent collection, regular communication with the provider, and hands-on oversight for the life of the contract – giving you complete peace of mind.

Whichever option you choose, you’ll benefit from our hands-on support, access to fully vetted care providers, and a fully managed, stress-free experience.

We’re here to maximise your returns while making your property work for a greater social good.
